When walking back from practicing today, I noticed it a challenge to walk up the hill today when my gaze was down.  When I looked forward I felt my back respond.  When I looked forward with more intention, my back lifted higher, my ability to propel my legs became easier and my mood &#8230; well, with purpose a better, stronger feeling&#8230; accomplished!
